Who we are
ULPU Online provides the Dispatch - by ULPU application and the underlying Dispatch platform to Mayurex, which operates the courier service and decides how the information described in this policy is used. That information is processed by ULPU Online on the operator's behalf.

Information collected through the website
The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

When you register for an account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.
Information collected through the Dispatch - by ULPU application
The application is a work tool issued to the delivery personnel and other staff that Mayurex authorises. It is not intended for the general public and has no public sign-up. We collect:
Location data
The application collects your precise location so that Mayurex can route parcels, confirm that pickups and deliveries took place, calculate the distance covered for rider payments, and support you if a problem arises during a run. Location is collected while you are signed in and on duty, including while the application is in the background where you have granted background location permission, so that a route is not lost when your screen is off. Location is not collected when you are signed out, it is not used for advertising, and it is never sold. You can stop collection at any time by signing out of the application or by withdrawing the location permission in your device settings; pickup and delivery records are then saved without a location stamp.
How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
Data retention
Parcel, delivery and settlement records are kept for as long as Mayurex needs them to run its business and to satisfy accounting, tax and legal obligations. Location records and proof-of-delivery signatures are kept for the period needed to resolve disputes about the relevant consignment. Account records are kept while your account is active.
Data security
Access to the service requires authentication, and each tenant's data is held in a separate database. Transport to and from our servers is encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and how to delete your data
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account. Write to hello@bydispatch.com or mail@mayurex.com from the email address or phone number registered with us, stating what you would like removed. We respond to requests within 30 days. Deleting an account removes your login credentials, profile details, profile photo and stored location history. Parcel, invoice and settlement records that Mayurex is required to retain for accounting, tax or legal reasons are kept for the applicable statutory period and then deleted.
Children
Our website and the Dispatch - by ULPU application are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
Log Files
Mayurex follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any personally identifiable information. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, Mayurex.bydispatch.com uses 'cookies'.
